TOBACCOFREE/UNIVERSAL LATIN RECORDING ARTIST ENDORSES STATE’S ANTI -TOBACCO CAMPAIGN
Tobacco Free Florida is proud to announce Universal Latin Recording Artist, Ricky C, as the campaign’s newest “Free Thinker.” In support of the campaign, Ricky C filmed his Free Thinker segment in which he explains his decision to be tobacco free and personal experiences that have influenced him to act as an advocate for making Florida truly tobacco free.
As a Free Thinker, Ricky C is an individual who supports the initiatives of Tobacco Free Florida, lives a tobacco free lifestyle and serves as a role model for million for Floridians. He understands the importance of being tobacco free and how it can help him further his music career.
“If you have a dream, follow that and use it as your addiction,” said Ricky C. “I chose not to use tobacco and made my dream come true; be free to follow your dreams.”
Ricky Cisneros has shown through his music that he is not only a leader in the music community, but an icon and role model for admiring fans. Having seen his peers and those inside the recording industry using tobacco products, Ricky considers it a disgusting habit that is not a part of the healthy, active lifestyle he strives to attain on and off stage.
Other Free Thinkers include Whitney Thompson, winner of America’s Next Top Model, and Everett Brown, former Florida State University Defensive End.
